Any kind of discomfort in life at the physical, mental, emotional or social level is just misalignment of our-self with nature. Physical diseases are nothing but a misbalance of five elements in the body (Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space).
Physical disease:
Let’s try to understand life science based on five elements of the human body. Our body is made up of the above five elements. Broadly the basic structure like sacaton, bones, nails of our body is made by the earth elements. The food or the product of soil is directly linked with aforesaid organs. Imbalance / unnatural diet is responsible for diseases related to our body’s basic structure. Fire aliment is to digest the food and generate the right equilibrium of chemicals needed to operate the body and function. Water is the element to maintain the temperature of the body and liquid base functioning.
Remedy in case of Physical disease: Need to take a balanced diet and exercise, proper water and fresh air. Exercise specifically for Spine.
Mental / Emotional dis-balance:
It sounds that mental imbalance is about madness which is not fully the truth. Yes, extreme imbalance of mind maybe that level but what I am talking about mental imbalance is any of the states of mind when we don’t feel the perfect balance of logical and emotional thinking and. Ok, so that element which is directly responsible for mental status is Air. Improper way of breathing, breathing in an unhealthy environment, the incomplete cycle of breathing.
Remedy: Spend time near trees and the natural environment. Breathing exercise (Pranayam: a complete set of the proper way of breathing. Refer to Paranayam / Anulom – Vilom on google). Any other exercise-related with respiratory system
The final element is space which is liked with the consciousness of a human being. Lack of space element in human life can create a lack of consciousness, which is about a feeling of unity with the universe, feeling if loneliness, dis-attachment from nature. Lack of harmony and joy.
Remedy: Meditation and positive thoughts. Practice Meditation and sitting with enlighten great peoples, reading and following real spiritual books and understanding existence life and prayer.
There are many other ways to create a balance of above five elements of human life but they all come in external healing i.e. Reiki healing, Crustal healing, Sound healing, water, and air-based therapies, etc.
